What we do
We begin with current restaurant sources, structure the claims they can support, and separate ingredient declarations from preparation and cross-contact questions.
What the labels mean
Clearer conflicts identify named allergens or containing ingredients. Looks promising means worth investigating, never a safety promise. Not enough information means the available material cannot answer the full question.
What we do not do
Clearplate does not certify restaurants, replace an allergist, diagnose a condition, or guarantee that a food is safe. Menus and preparation practices change, and diners should confirm current information with restaurant staff.
